The GE/AVCO Mark 5 Reentry Vehicle was carried on the Minuteman IA series from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Launch Complex 31A, 31B & 32B and from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California.
This reentry vehicle, Mark 5 Mod 5B, was launched from Vandenberg in the early 1960's and was recovered at Eniwetok Atoll in the South Pacific Ocean.
